"Pleasant hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed the stay. But, wouldn't stay again. We faced many issues with the rooms that the staff needed to resolve. In my experience, it just makes a 4-star rating. The hotel needs investment in upgrades and maintenance to uphold a 4-star standard, as well as improvements to the quality of its amenities and facilities, which are well below a 4-star standard."

"Nice room, great airco"

"We found the Zoetry Mallorca a lovely place to stay with two teenagers. The hotel is located in a middle of countryside and well positioned to visit several places, but you will need a car for travel. The amenities are well kept and the staff were amazing, friendly and courteous. We would definitely recommend Zoetry Mallorca for a relaxing break and a good base to visit several attractions and beaches in Mallorca."

"Lidner hotel has got its charm back. The staff are amazing. Breakfast has a wide choice of everything and cater for both children and adults. The dinner and pool restaurants has good quality food but unfortunately it was a bit hot by the pool restaurant. A few more parasols would help here. The Lindner is not overlooking the sea but it’s a truly great location as u easily get into Palma without getting ruined. The absolute treat was to get a voucher by the hotel that paid for your taxi ride...

"Location was very central so lucky to have found this. Room was spacious and clean. Staff really nice too. Rooftop was a pleasant surprise but they wanted to double charge me. It was sorted at the end as I showed them evidence of the payment."

"This is a nice place but our check-in experience at the start of the holiday was awful. We were told our rooms weren’t ready but they would contact us at 3 to give us access to 1 room. By 5 we had no call so went to reception. We got room keys so they had clearly forgotten and we even had to take our weighty luggage to the rooms. Then the keys didn’t work so we had to go back to reception."

"Super close to the beach and available on a pinch for a 1 night lay over. The bed was memory foam so it retains some heat and the ac was at max with not enough impact for my comfort. One extra odd blast from the past was using an actual key to enter my room. You had to deposit the key at the front desk to leave every time and collect it up returning. Inconvenient and the room was hella hot when I returned as the key was attached to the key fob for electricity."

"Everything about the hotel was amazing, except fot the fact that we got rubbed for 2600 while they are cleaning the room. We felt bad accusing anyone specific and told management but obviously they said nothing was stolen because its right to defend their team as they should. Overall everything else was amazing i just hope we didnt get money stolen at the hotel"

"It was very overpriced for a tiny hotel and very plain hotel room with a bath/shower that was old and discolored yellow. Needs a serious upgrade especially for the price."

"To start with the positives: Staff were all incredible and great help. Reception, bar staff, cleaners, all 10/10. Room + sea view was great, one of the comfiest beds I’ve been in. Room for improvement: EVERYTHING felt like it was behind an additional paywall. "The hotel is ideally situated ,close to shops, bars and restaurants . Luxurious rooms and a wonderful rooftop pool"

"Hotel was very centrally located and had a lovely view from the roof top pool and bar - some of the staff were friendly and helpful but some not so much - room had everything we needed but was a bit short on storage - a shame as there was room for more - eg bedside drawers rather than just a shelf - shower & bathroom excellent - plenty of sun loungers round the pool but would have appreciated a few more parasols - overall I liked this hotel and would recommend and return"
