"Room smelled like 13 cats sitting in 1 litter box for six months, smoking 8 packs a day! Smoke detector was covered in a plastic bag. Showed MOD. She said she would give us our money back. We followed up with the GM on Monday and realized he was the same employee arguing with a guest and making threats. He said he refused to give us our money back. He is a terrible GM and Baymont & Wyndham should be embarrassed by this brand respresentative and the state of this property."

"We called ahead and reserved a rollaway bed. This was a must have for us and a big part of why we chose this location. When we arrived they had no rollaway beds left. The man at the front desk had no sympathy. I don’t expect continental breakfasts to be good, but this was the worst I have ever experienced. Very disappointing."

"The Western Hotel is an older hotel and needs a little updating. The room had everything we needed. It was clean, in a safe location and reasonably priced. Staff was friendly. I would stay again."
