World class hotel, all the amenities on offer as one would expect from the Four Seasons. The surrounding area is a little edgy but apart from visiting sites on private tours, there is little reason to leave the hotel.

The housekeeping staff was excellent. But i lost a shwal in the lobby restaurant and i asked to see the camera footageand they refused to show it to me, saying that i walked out of the lobby with the shawl. I am pretty sure i did not. But we will never know. Also, the package deal for the room i was offered as part of a group was a lot more expensive than the prices on every booking website. I called the reservation team to tell them this. This has never happened to me in any hotel in the world. The group discount is always a bit lower

While the property is fantastic, with many dining options and facilities, it is the staff that make the four seasons nile plaza exceptional. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely be staying here again when visiting Cairo.

The service and attention to detail are remarkable. They worked with us to get dinner reservations despite limited availability. We used their spa and workout facilities which were also first class. Best place we have stayed in all of Egypt.
