"Although the room interior and amenities is superb, some supplies are lacking like no hair dryer, no spare toilet papers and the provided shower gel in the bathroom seems like it was diluted. Also lack of overnight staff especially housekeeping. Overall, this hotel is very clean and has very courteous staff. "
"I especially liked the sustainable practice in their housekeeping where they no longer provide small bottled toiletries and they provided water dispensers in each floor to allow guests to refill water bottles and reduce chances of purchasing bottled water and reduce plastic waste. . "
"I have my reviews of this hotel and I still consider it as my best choice everytime I visit the Philippines and Istay in Cubao area . Location is perfect if you want to explore Cubao. Parking is so accessible. It is along the busy Aurora Blvd and MRT but rooms are still quiet. Amenities are not that impressive but good enough to make your stay pleasant. I always consider this hotel my home away from home. "
"Amazing location, in the middle of BGC. I love this hotel, the staff were so nice and were friendly and welcoming. The nice check in lady upgraded us to the 40th floor for a cheaper price. The buffet on our floor was the best buffet me, my son, my wife and her Filipino family had ever tried. The kids fun center was also nice and so was the pool. Everything about this hotel was great."

"I stayed in a club room so I had an access to club lounge (snacks and cocktail hours) and service. The hotel is obviously dated, but the staff and the “Thai” hospitality made up for it. Room is very nice and spacious. Gym is quite large and functional, and the pool is ok (on a lower floor). "
