Very clean resort and the staff was excellent. All inclusive means just that. Would highly recommend. Event staff is excellent and the parties were fun spent 7 nights at the resort.

2nd stay at the Ridge at Playa Grande. Love the location, walking distance from marina. Staff is wonderful. Room cleaned very well by maids. Loved building A last year. We were moved to building E this time. We definitely got our steps in! Ridge pool was adults only. Would definitely stay here again.

We were there with our 7 year old son. All three of us thought the resort was amazing. The food was absolutely outstanding. I have stayed at approximately 60 all inclusive resorts and this one had the best food. Delicious filet mignon pretty much every night, yes please! Our room was perfect for us with amazing views. Kids pool could have been a bit warmer, but we got used to it quickly once in. Overall, a great place and we will be back!

Great location, would come here again

Beautiful views. Great customer service. Was treated very well and they were great with my food allergies. The Ridge is more exclusive than the regular Playa Grande. But you have full access to Playa Grande if you want. Plenty of pools, restaurants and walking distance to the Marina.

We stayed at the Ridge for just two nights. Our room was great! Right by the pool and amazing view of the marina. I know some people complain about the noise from the street side but we could not hear anything with the doors closed. Having access to playa grande pools was a plus. The breakfast buffet was really good.

Nice property. Included breakfast consisted of rubber eggs, stale toast and unripe fruit. Mexican fiesta was fun with mediocre food and beach party was also fun with terrible food. Sushi at pool bar was good.

This is a pretty nice property that is close enough to the Marina, etc. to walk. The rooms are nice and clean and it is fairly quiet here. All the staff is friendly and helpful. If you don't get the all-inclusive option it is fairly expensive to eat here and there are not that many options to choose from. It is close enough to walk to town and eat there for about half of the price (or less)

Staff was friendly and readily available… pools were amazing but sadly pool bars and restaurants close at 5:30pm The day we arrived we complained that our shower was cold and finally on day 3 it was fixed (only for that day) then back to cold again, we complained but it was never fixed

We've stayed at The Ridge many times, and the overall property is beautiful. Unfortunately it seems like they're slipping on maintaning the rooms. The drawers didn't close properly, knobs fell off cabinets repeatedly, remote for the tv didn't work, the shower pressure was pitiful, there was a thick layer of dust in one area of the living room, no extra blankets. Even though we booked a "presidential suite" we were placed in a low elevation unit with views straight into that back of neighboring businesses (and the marina over the top). It was loud late at night with music, and early in the morning with street noise. Even the general grounds seemed to be lacking a bit of care. The good: The spa was amazing. Don't miss the Temezcal Ritual experience! The pool and surrounding views are like no other.

Fantastic Experience

We recently had the pleasure of staying at The Ridge at Playa Grande in Cabo San Lucas, and I can confidently say that it was an awesome experience. From the moment we arrived, I was captivated by the sheer beauty of the surroundings and the impeccable service that accompanied it. The resort itself is a luxurious oasis nestled above the breathtaking landscapes of Cabo. The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was welcomed by the friendly staff, who made me feel like a valued guest from the very beginning. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, setting the tone for the rest of my stay. Jesus was kind and gracious and provided all around excellent service, even finding me at dinner to return a coverup that I unknowingly dropped on the lobby floor. The accommodations at The Ridge at Playa Grande are nothing short of extraordinary. My room was a true haven of comfort and elegance, with stunning views of the marina and beyond stretching as far as the eye could see. The attention to detail in the room's design and amenities was remarkable – from the plush bedding to the fixtures, every aspect was carefully curated to ensure a lavish and relaxing experience. Perfection!

This was our 6th trip to the Playa Grande resort since 2018. Absolutely beautiful place to stay and as always the staff is very accommodating. We will be back.

We stayed at The Ridge at Playa Grande. Picturesque and exquisitely beautiful. The spa is pricey, however top notch. Staff was very respectable, approachable and responsive. Housekeeping especially - impeccable and on point the entire trip (we stayed 6 days, all inclusive package). Absolutely worth the price - the Ridge is more of a retreat as it is very peaceful and quiet. However the main resort of Playa Grande has activities everyday for a great change of pace/those travelers who also enjoy festive stays.

We have loved this resort in the past but it was a disappointment this time. It needs a lot of repairs and upgrades. Won’t spend our money there again.
