"The check in and check out process was good. The problem I have is with the false advertising. There is zero amenities. There was no statement telling me that I needed my own sheets, blanket and pillowcase. Also you don't find out your checkout time untill after you payment which is non refundable. ..."

"Unfortunately, the people in the room next to us had a dog. They left the dog in the room all day, and it barked loudly and incessantly. It is very selfish of guests to impose their unhappy dog on others. The hotel should have better rules regarding pets."
