"My stay at Bakval Suites was great! The host was very helpful; responded very quickly to questions. The condo was clean and it has everything I needed during my stay. Comfy bed and clean bathroom. It also come with beach towels, a nice cooler and beach chairs. The pool was big and clean. Very good Internet and A/C. Short walk to Palm beach. I would definitely stay at Bakval Suites again!"

"The breakfast was made to order but don’t order anything extra or you will be charged. The hot tub was not hot but it did bubble. After 3 days the room was not tidied up. We had to ask for fresh towels but the linen was not changed. The employees had nice personalities but the service did not match."

"The place felt pretty run-down and not very clean, with a basic spray-style shower and an uncomfortable bed and couch, so overall it wasn’t the most comfortable stay. Check-in was easy and parking was convenient, and the location is great—right near a large grocery store and close to Eagle Beach. Still, for the price, it felt like a mediocre experience and I wouldn’t stay there again."

"Poolside chairs were NOT comfy, and they should allow you to have more pool towels not just 1 pp. I did manage to get an extra towel to put under my butt because of the uncomfortable loungers . Other than that I have zero complaints. Amazing staff, kind and courteous . "

"I have stayed at Modern several times and it's such a great stay. The staff is accommodating and the property is quiet and close to everything. Few mins walk to the beach and Marriott high rise and Ritz. Beautiful outdoor oasis. "

"The layout of the hotel is such, that we had a long walk to get to the elevators. The room had 2 TVs but only one remote. The AC unit was noisy. The breakfast was excellent. The hot tub was really nice, and the staff was very friendly. Overall, the room was very nice, I would book there again."

"even though its 'all inclusive', no one tells you a lot of the menu isn't included (even mediocre wine) until you get the bill. This happened over and over until you check out and get a shock. This hotel should not be all inclusive."

Would be nice if they could expand outdoor restaurant seating and food options. Gift shop was also super pricey! Would recommend to others and come again! "
