"We absolutely loved this property. Myself, my husband and 7 year old stayed in #4 for 9 days and it was lovely. The suite was well equipped, the air conditioning worked great, and the bathroom was beautiful with a walk in shower, good water pressure and nice and hot. The bedroom was tastefully decorated, actually the whole property is, whoever decorated is my soul mate decor wise, I love the bohemian theme. "The breakfast was made to order but don’t order anything extra or you will be charged. The hot tub was not hot but it did bubble. After 3 days the room was not tidied up. We had to ask for fresh towels but the linen was not changed. The employees had nice personalities but the service did not match."

"I have stayed at Modern several times and it's such a great stay. The staff is accommodating and the property is quiet and close to everything. Few mins walk to the beach and Marriott high rise and Ritz. Beautiful outdoor oasis. "
