I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Aruba for two nights, and overall, I had a wonderful experience. The resort is beautiful, the location is excellent, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The property is well maintained, and being right on the beach made the stay even more enjoyable. I really appreciated the atmosphere and the convenience of being close to restaurants and shopping. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Aruba.

Aruba is the best vacation I've ever been on. The hotel resort & beach are breath taking. The staff were very polite & friendly. The food was excellent but pricey as I didn't book an all inclusive package but it was still well worth it. I highly recommend booking an excursion to Depalm Island. You can rent cabanas and eat and drink for for free within that package deal. If you're looking to get away and go on a relaxing vacation.. look no further and book The Hyatt Regency Hotel. You will not be disappointed!!

Beautiful property. Excellent restaurants with updated decor and beautiful views. Staff was super. The reason we gave it a 4 star review is they charge extra for the beach umbrellas and palapa. Otherwise there are a few complimentary ones but you need to line up early morning to try and get one. For a hotel of this cost with resort fees to charge extra for the beach left a bad taste.

Our family trip included three kids (11, 7, 4) and they all had a blast. Pool/beach amenities were great and the kids really loved the slide which was fun for adults too. Food was great and service was outstanding as expected. We plan to visit again in the future and will be highly recommending to friends and family.

Friendly staff from check-in to check-out. The room was clean and neat making the stay more relaxing and enjoyable. The grounds staff do a great job of maintaining a well-manicured property. No one works harder than the beach staff...carrying lounge and sitting chairs to your palapa or umbrella making your day at the beach everything you need and want. The public restrooms throughout the property always had an attendant present. There was always music playing, whether at the lobby bar or at the pool, which contributed to the overall vacation experience. The restaurants offer a variety of delicious food and drinks. There is literally something for everyone. There is a musky smell near the elevators. The carpeting in the hotel rooms corridor should either be shampooed or replaced. They had not been vacuumed once during my stay. The public restrooms, although always clean, were a little dated and in need of renovation. The batteries in the soap dispensers didn't always work.

Excellent hotel, beautiful grounds and amenities, all restaurants were great, service was great (except one day when our room wasn’t cleaned by the time we returned at 4:30pm, so our garbages were very full and the coffee and cream wasn’t restocked). The spa was also very nice, albeit much more expensive than expected for similar properties. I would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful hotel, kind stuff, well managed, we enjoyed our stay a lot. Although the water at the beach was clear and pleasant, sea floor has some slime as you go deeper, we’ve learned it’s common problem on Aruba beaches in summer. The rooms are nice and updated with good Nespresso coffee available. A drying rack on the small balcony would be helpful.
