First time on the island and this was the perfect spot. Centrally located, equipped with all vacation needs, and the staff made itself available to ensure my family's first visit would not be our last. Great property. Great visit.

This was our 2nd time staying at the Hilton and it's just a beautiful property. We stayed at the new Westerly section and it was wonderful. The location is great and the Parrots on the property make it unique from the rest of the properties on the Island. Would highly recommend!

A truly exceptional place to stay in Aruba. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff made us feel so welcomed and cared for. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to every detail made our stay feel incredibly special. Terrace on 10 was one of the highlights of our stay. The setting was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the sunset views were breathtaking. The staff were genuinely caring, attentive, and gracious, making the entire evening feel special and memorable. A wonderful experience from beginning to end.

We loved our stay at the Westerly. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable. The oversized balcony overlooking the beach and pool was beautiful. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Had the best 8 night stay at the westerly! The entire staff was super friendly & helpful. Everything was clean & really nice. The resort is directly on the beach so that was awesome & we had a good view from our room (ocean view)! There was so much to do directly across the street from the resort so that was convenient as well. And the waiters on the beach were the best! Will definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at the Westerly! The room was extremely clean with brand new features. The daily cleaning of the room was great and there was so much attention to detail. From the chair covers on the beach to the wire cable organizers to the checkout treat, everything at the Westerly was fantastic!

The Westerly opened just a couple months before our stay. We expected some issues with the tower being new. As we expected, the first few days were a little rough, but the staff really wanted to make things right. They did! By the end of our stay, we thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and did not want to leave. Kudos to Elton and Robbie. They were understanding and accommodating. Just one suggestion to improve guests' experience with the swim out rooms: A privacy fence should be installed before the first room's patio, which is exposed and can be seen from the lobby and elevators by anyone. Also, it would provide guests of that room with privacy from the employees' and construction workers entrance just a mere 30 feet away.

Stay at Westerly was amazing. The staff goes above and beyond in every aspect. Also extremely kind people. Everything is very clean and all furniture/appliances are new. Another plus is that the beds are very comfy. The food was amazing and drinks are even better. They pay very close attention to detail and want to make sure you have a stress-free vacation. Beautiful beach with no seaweed, and great beachside food/drink service. Truly lives up to the islands motto of “One Happy Island”. Overall amazing experience and we definitely will be coming back in the future.

This hotel was amazing. 11/10 stars!!! Everything about it was exactly what we hoped for. Beautiful brand new building, lovely refreshing space and decor. We had an ocean view king and the view was perfection!! The balcony was so big with a couch and small table w 2 chairs it felt like a bonus room. Lovely for coffee in the morning. The coffee maker also extra special - Lavazza w espresso and nice real mugs! The room also provided luxurious robes and slippers. Gorgeous bathroom with large vanity and double sinks, separate shower and toilet. The staff was amazing so friendly and always going above and beyond. Don’t hesitate to utilize the concierge they made everything so easy!! They helped coordinate a lot for me when I reached out about my daughter having dietary restrictions. Barbara at the front desk was so sweet and amazing and went above and beyond several times for us during our stay. The pool is lovely and the beach is gorgeous - I love that you can reserve palypas ahead of time on app or thru concierge. I’ve stayed other places where you had to rush out at 6am to secure a spot. This was nothing like that and felt very luxurious and relaxing and was the best vacation in a long time. The sunset grill steak dinner was 10/10 delicious and we saw the best sunset there!!! I’ve recommended this hotel to many friends already! Can’t wait to come back.

If you’re at a point in your Expedia search where you’re debating between this hotel and something like The Ritz or St. Regis at comparable cost, I’d recommend going with one of those instead. We made a mistake thinking a new Hilton property would be on par with those brands — and in so many ways, it was not. The property itself is nice, but it has more of a Punta Cana resort feel than an Aruba feel. What I mean is: it’s clearly a commercial hotel attempting to compete with 5-star properties. The rooms are beautiful, quiet, and well thought out. But the experience around the property suggests they cut corners on guest experience. Beach loungers require reservations — which wouldn’t be nearly as frustrating if you didn’t also have to pay $40 to rent them. We had loungers reserved and they were still taken by other guests when we arrived. Loungers — cheap, rubbery, not the kind of quality seating you’d expect for an $800+/night resort. On top of that, part of the beach was closed off early for a private wedding during our stay. The amenities weren’t much better. The spa was shut down for a video shoot, and the gym was closed for maintenance — so for the two days we were there, we didn’t get to use a single amenity we were paying for. The hotel tefubded the ~$150 resort fee All food comes with an additional service charge that does not include tips and the staff reminded us of this frequently.

Staying at the Westerly made our Aruba experience unforgettable for sure. The staff is amazing and super accommodating and from what I saw throughout the rest of the resort the same could be said outside the Westerly tower. The new tower is gorgeous inside and out. We stayed in the king swim up room and were positioned in the middle on the pool side of resort and it was heavenly and convenient. Walk out straight to a pool shared by I believe 8 other rooms still felt as if it were our personal pool. Even though there were other guests we only shared the pool once with our neighbor for all of 30min of the many hours my wife I spent using it. I was concerned I would miss being higher up for the beach and resort views but all that was forgotten about spending the week walking from our room straight into cooling off from the beach or off resort adventure. We didn’t add any meal plans as my wife and I aren’t huge eaters but upon arriving to check in we were informed that we could add on the Terrace on 10 rooftop access with full service breakfast bar and menu served lunches with all you can drink specialty drinks and beers. The food was Amazing especially the lunches that were beautifully prepared and presented. No dinner service but they serve amazing small bites while having drinks during sunsets. The Staff on the Terrace were incredible. Ishaq, Cindy, Zionn, and Remee made the rooftop experience a one of a kind. Hilton is a beautiful resort! Concierge Robert, amazing.
