Excellent service. But since you have many different people staying at your resort, you should offer a variety of food, including more Asian dishes. Breakfast is the same every day, which makes it challenging to eat.

We had an amazing stay at St Regis Aruba!! From the moment we walked in the lobby was beautiful, cool and smelled like you were on vacation. The staff is so incredibly friendly and helpful and the entire ground and immaculately kept and beautiful! The rooms are so spacious with comfortable beds and beautiful views. Every restaurant and bar served delicious food and drinks. The breakfast buffet in the morning is a dream! Service on the beach, at the pool, the spa, everywhere is just top notch. You felt like this was your second home. The staff recognizes you after a day or so and treat you like they’re your friends. We will absolutely be back!!

Beautiful property and incredible views but food/drinks were extremely over priced. The staff were all wonderful and warm but there is an element of training needed to get it to the level worthy of the price you pay. It was still a wonderful time and my daughter and I really enjoyed Aruba.

Family 4 day trip

Hotel is new and the property is beautiful on the water. I had a suite and a great balcony. The housekeeping was great especially with very young children.Food was average but very pricey (expected for a premier property). Coffee place was bad. Korean/ Japanese Upscale restaurant had very bad service no one came around to refill water or more drinks. The food there was unimpressive compared to the atmosphere which was really nice. I feel because the hotel was so new the staff the service staff was not great. No came around on the beach or pool often. I have been at other high end resorts in other countries and if not sure if it’s the service or culture but people are standing around everywhere looking lingering for a tip.

The hotel is very modern and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, for the price we paid, in addition to having to pay $100 a day for amenities, it felt like we didn’t get enough for our money. The hotel had us pay a fee of $100 a day for butler service, WiFi, non motorized water activities, and yoga classes. However It didn’t feel like we got what we paid for with the $100. There was only one yoga class a day and no other fun or organized activities at the hotel. Overall, it’s a beautiful hotel but didn’t have any tennis or other courts or activities included.

All of the employees were incredibly nice. All the people whom we encountered were incredibly friendly and helpful. Concierge made all dinner reservations a breeze as well. The only thing I might say is the service in terms of on property dining is a bit slow. However, I do understand the property is fairly new and they may still be adjusting. Aside from that beautiful, clean, and safe resort. Very relaxed and walking distance to restaurants nearby (about 5-10 minute walk).

This stay was one of the best we’ve ever had. From the beginning to end, the top of the line facilities, rooms, amenities were flawless as well as the staff. Everything was kept in pristine condition!!! We checked in on our first day with Nicole, and she made us feel so welcome from the start with her bright and hospitable smile! Justin who was by the pool was also awesome!! Everyday he was kind enough to ensure that we had seats by the beach and always was ready to greet each guest with kindness. Shantal who took care of us at the beach and catered to each need. Severino who was bartending in the lobby also amazing!! He was hilarious. Made us laugh and smile. Sorry to any names that weren’t mentioned but that made our stay super memorable. Don’t waste your time looking elsewhere for a stay. This is the place to go and you won’t regret it ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The St Regis Aruba,is a beautiful property. The service was a bit slow, and the seating accommodations on the beach as well as the pool were not great,they were hard no cushion . Although the resort was not packed ,bar staff had trouble keeping up with orders. The expectations of The St Regis Brand was not met here at this property in Aruba . Also to note the resort is next door to the RIU ANTILLES all of the pool activities are heard from the St Regis Pool. The speakers actually sound like they are at the At Regis pool!!! It was extremely loud! The soft drinks were extremely overpriced, 1 can of coke $7 and you do not get the can so you only received quarter of the soda can. Overall because the property is brand new the rooms are very nice the 7 pools are all in 1 area and they have a small hot tub to accommodate maybe 8 people . The casino staff was absolutely amazing!!! The best hospitality was at the Casino.
