"the hotel in great location just beside the main road into the city with excellent free car parking when you arrive just make sure you dont miss the gate into the car park which is easy to miss the hotel was nice and clean very helpful staff informed us about the bus stop right outside the hotel with trip into the city for two euros per person hotel was lacking a little in repairs such as bathroom handle about to fall off ? why not repair it carpets a bit worn in parts but overlook these points...

"Busy place and in my opinion the staff deserve a medal as they worked through Christmas Day. I think the hotel chain or Expedia should give the staff a reward. Fantastic team at fiesta park, who made all feel welcome. On a side note, I think you would struggle to find better food in Benidorm. The kitchen staff produced amazing food. And on a large scale. If anyone’s passing through these comments and is trying to work out a hotel, then honestly give fiesta park a try. Thanks :) "

"Nos alojamos en Nucia Hills y la experiencia fue excelente. La habitación estaba muy bien equipada, todo muy limpio y la cama resultó ser súper cómoda. El personal fue en todo momento atento, servicial y muy cortés. El desayuno tipo buffet estuvo genial: muy variado, saludable y con opciones para todos los gustos... Además, al avisar que soy celíaca, tuvieron el detalle de llevarme directamente a la mesa un surtido completo y apto para mí, algo que agradecí muchísimo. Mis hijos no se hubieran...

"We had a great stay at this apartment. Communication from the host was excellent from start to finish, and the entry system is very clever; no keys needed, which made everything super easy. The location is spot on, within easy walking distance of the town and local amenities. The beds were very comfortable, and the apartment was clean & had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped with lots of amenities for cooking proper meals, which we really appreciated. There’s also a smart TV...
