"Hotel rooftop are was dirty and unsightly.
Nothing on my booking to say we were getting a disabled room.
I wanted extra milk for my coffee, staff weren’t interested.
Water on each floor, wasn’t refreshed in 3 days.
Smell in bathroom, we had to leave window open.
Bedding and towels were good.
Won’t be going back or recommending."
