I loved this hotel! Right next to the "Worlds Largest Mall"! The mall is really nice and I was just a walk of a bridge between the Address Downtown and Mall. The hotel was clean and the rooms were very nice! The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly.

Address downtown is like a home away from home. The simplicity yet lux of the hotel rooms, the view, the quietness, the little things...above all the staff. Hassan, Sabough, and Kero were really amazing. I felt like I was amongst family. I look forward to coming to the Address Downtown location. I have tried a couple of other addresses, this is by far the best. Thanks for the hospitality and excellence in service.

Centrally perfectly located but aging

Centrally placed hotel with good restaurants in the building and good access to Dubai Mall. But the ware and tear is starting to show in the bathrooms, in some of the outlets not working, and the furniture has nicks to them. Stayed here 8 times and the reception is good, some people I don’t want to mention care 2 cents about returning customers or their requests.

We stayed at your hotel for the second time, as we were extremely satisfied with our first visit. During this stay, however, we encountered one issue: the air conditioning in our room was not working upon arrival. After we reported the problem, we were offered another room, but unfortunately this happened only after we had fully unpacked, so moving in the middle of the night was rather inconvenient. In my opinion, such a situation should not occur in a hotel of this standard, as the malfunction had clearly existed prior to our arrival and should have been noticed earlier. Apart from this, everything was perfect, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff in the lounge were exceptionally kind and attentive.

when it feels like home, It is Home!

At The Adress Downtown, it keeps on getting beter! this is not our first stay at this amazing Hotel; in fact this trip we felt at Home:) There was a lady at the reception, so warm & welcoming, we felt like visiting a family home. she heard about our wedding anniversary and to our great surprise, set up our room with hearts , flowers and a complimentary cake. this made our stay so special! the lady's name is Miss Tahzeen, you'll be very lucky to be hosted by her.

A short vacation in Dubai

The location is a winner, no doubt, close to Dubai Mall, all restaurants, Burge Halifa, sea life and more. Amazing food in breakfast and in the lounge, cakes and deserts. Very welcoming and friendly. We had a huge problem with drainage of water in the shower, since they did not manage to fix it we changed a room, but small details sometimes make a difference for example the body lotion was empty ( how come no one is checking) the area if phone charger on the table in the living room space did not work at all. This was a. It disappointing, the TV disconnected every few minutes ,nevertheless the room is very very big, great air conditioning , wonderful view, very quiet. Defending recommend

The hotel is very nice. Nice location with nice views. Also the room is very comfortable. But the Valet parking service was very bad. The staff of the Valet parking were very rude and not respectful at all. They are not qualified to serve people in front. They must be behind. Staff in front must be qualified and knowledgeable to deal with guests specifically in 5 stars hotel. Thank you. Omar
