Not a short stroll as advertised - it’s in the middle of an estate (not so nice ) Make you pay £££ deposit or no check in details Make you sign this ridiculous document also to say if they had to take deposit off you because of damage- you can’t leave them a negative review! Got signs everywhere to remind you not to make noise/ switch off lights etc - doesn’t make us feel relaxed Strange smell in games room and first floor...

"Booked online. Information indicated rooms in the main property. When we arrived, we were actually in a hotel across the street called Windsor House operated by Christopher Wren. I addressed with desk staff and the only explanation was that it was a Christopher Wren operated property-one of several buildings in the area. No explanation as to why that was not disclosed in the advertisement or the booking. Should have been a much lesser price. Room overlooked an alley or something similar. Besides the walk across for breakfast and check-in and out, parking was offsite - equivalent to a couple of block walk. Overall, I would not stay again"
