"I recently stayed at the Mercure Hotel MOA Berlin and was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. From the moment I checked in, the customer service was outstanding, staff members were consistently professional, attentive, and committed to ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. My room was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing environment after full days exploring the city. The hotel’s location is another major advantage. Situated in a highly convenient area, it offers easy access to a variety of restaurants and public transportation options, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. The only minor area for improvement was the shower, which did not drain properly. While this was a small inconvenience, it did not significantly impact the quality of my stay. Overall, I highly recommend the Mercure Hotel MOA Berlin and will certainly choose to stay here again during future visits."

"We did not have breakfast so cannot comment, I did see the buffet though and it looked very nice. The staff are very efficient and friendly, I would recommend staying here. I wish I had known we could have asked for a kettle for the room which I didn’t realise until the end of our stay. Great location. "

"Nachts ging für 1,5 Std der Feueralarm an. Da kein Personal im Hotel ist (Anwesenheit nur 14-21h) konnte das Problem erst durch Polizeieinsatz behoben werden. Für einen Sandparkplatz zahlt man 15EUR UND MIT 100 EUR Hotelkosten ist die Preis/Leistung miserabel. Das Bad ist eine Miniaturausführung. Hotel ist jedoch sauber."
