"Smooth check in and then lift to apartment on 2nd floor. Very very dark hallway to room. Inside room needs better lighting especially around kitchen and table. Very fast internet and great air conditioning. 50c EUR per coffee capsule. Great location for catching trains. Free laundry facilities which was an added bonus. Comfortable beds. Parking available in secure location EUR 20 per day"

"Breakfast was too expensive and drinks )water for me) was charged separately. Some of our laundry was not delivered on a timely basis and one piece was delivered to a different room. It would be nice if there was a list of restaurant recommendations. The rooms on the other hand were lovely and roomy and well appointed."

"Rooms are large with clean and modern bathroom and breakfast is included so it’s a great place to stay. The entry is secure and the hotel is on the fourth floor so it’s not an easy place to find if you’re hosting business meetings, but it’s perfect for travelers who can park their car on the street (the Vita is located just outside Berlin’s city centre low emission zone which is handy if you don’t drive an electric or hybrid car.) there’s a U-bahn station - Theodor-Heuss-Platz - five minute walk away and that line will take you to the Centre. Staff are multi-lingual - thank you Oliver for all your help! Highly recommended."
