"Pool under construction not finished. The speed boat to pick you up or to back and forth is $30 each way. . Beautiful view . Very limited selection food wise and prices are soo high. "

"The rooms are basic but really good. Just need stronger fans as it was very humid. But the people and the place is amazing. Our tour was excellent, the local crew who took us for the crew were the best. The food served in an island was one of the best we ate. Also the food served at the resort was by far the best we ate. They even had a pool side bar that was by one get one for happy hour, which we took full advantage of. "The room is nice, spacious. Some staff are nice but the other staff is terrible, we had one unintentional incident but one of their staff have a bad attitude and tried to attack one of my sibling which is not acceptable at all. They didn’t handled the situation very well. And plus, it’s a lot of hidden charges about the food and services which is they didn’t informed us from the beginning. We definitely not coming back on this resort hotel.This is our first and last time we stayed on this hotel....

"The MO2 Lagoon hotel is a tired hotel that needs to be upgraded. The rooms need new towels and bedding. All the towels we had for the 4 nights we stayed were afraid and very thin with small holes on them. Some days we didn't get 1 towel and never got hand towels or face clothes. The doors into the rooms need a paint job. The pool needs a lot of maintenance done to it. The breakfast buffet is really bad. Go across the street to the sister hotel 100% better and cheaper.
