This resort is incredible in many respects. The people are exceptional, the beds are plush and comfortable, they were wonderful about accommodating my food allergies, and took great care of us. The connection to nature was apparent and appreciated. The dive shop folks, spa staff, and nurse did a tremendous job too. The only thing I would recommend addressing would be the lack of magnifying mirrors in the bathroom and the REALLY dark area around the sink. This is several times better than a regular dive resort but those of us who need glasses would still like being able to see for personal grooming and makeup application. One poor gentleman was shaving outside his beautifully appointed room for the lighting. Other than this concern, we would like to thank everyone for a special and memorable experience! We had a lovely few days with you and so appreciated the obvious care that all of you put in to making the resort a special place.

Will, the dive master and his team were excellent! Safely dove with us and another team looked after the rest of our family who snorkled while we dove. I have had the good fortune to travel to many beautiful beach properties all over the world. Two Seasons is at the top of my list. It is the only resort on Coron Island and surrounded by amazing views of the islands in Palawan. Only 46 units so very few people. Very little boat traffic. Fabulous service. I’ll be back.

PROFIT OVER CUSTOMER SERVICE

My recent stay at Two Seasons Coron was marred by consistent disappointments and poor management practices that left a lasting negative impression. Throughout my time at the resort, it became clear that the management prioritized profit over customer satisfaction, resulting in numerous issues that significantly detracted from what should have been a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. From the outset, the recurring errors during breakfast service, despite clear communication and efforts to rectify them, underscored a lack of attention to detail and customer care among the staff. These mistakes persisted despite assurances from the restaurant manager, FERDS, suggesting systemic issues that management failed to address adequately. A particularly frustrating incident occurred when Ferds offered us a complimentary beach dinner as a gesture of apology for the ongoing service mishaps. Regrettably, upon checking out, we discovered that we had been charged for the dinner that was explicitly promised to us as complimentary. This misleading practice, compounded by dismissive responses from management (MARY GRACE SAPINOSO) when questioned, epitomized the resort's disregard for transparency and customer satisfaction. Adding to the disappointment was the quality of the food served in the resort's restaurant, which was consistently tasteless and uninspired.

Luxury hotel but has inconsistencies...

Two Seasons (TS) Resort is really the ONLY option in the Coron area for a luxury resort. There are no comparable high star-rated accommodations in the town of Coron. Two Seasons has a sister hotel in town called TS Bayside but this property is not as luxurious nor spacious. Despite the high end features of the resort, there were problems and inconsistencies with our stay -- 1) Both the office staff and concierge staff were helpful but not very thorough. We had e-mailed TS months before to confirm booking of our own private speedboat for the days we were there. Although the property forwarded this info, they could not make the advance booking until we got a statement from the office that we were confirmed with one on both days. When we arrived at the resort, there was no speedboat available for the following day and we had to use an outrigger. We also purposefully moved from a deluxe suite oceanfront room to a regular mountain bungalow room on our third day but we were not informed that the free sodas and candies on the fridge on the suite did not apply to the bungalow. So we ended up paying almost $50 for the sodas and candies in the bungalow. 2) The principal logistical problem with the resort is its remote location, a plus for privacy but a hassle to going to the main attractions. When it would normally take 15-20 min by boat from Coron town to most sites (primarily Kayangan Lake), it is a good 45-75 min ride by boat or outrigger to these sites from the resort.

The spa was amazing and well priced . The service was wonderful everywhere from every single person. There is only one restaurant the food is about an 7-8/10 but service was amazing. Property views were unbeatable. Snorkeling in front of the resort amazing.

Wonderful staff! The transport coming in and out of the island was excellent and everything is in order. The island itself is beautiful, accommodation is excellent and the staff are all courteous. This is a nice resort to stay over for a couple of days. It’s rather far from the main island and there is not a lot to do beyond sunbathing and swimming. The quality of accommodation is good, although the room seemed a bit small compared to others in the Philippines. Staff is polite but appears overworked. The food at the restaurant is passable for western standards. Overall, this is a good place to relax and unwind for 2-3 days
