"Great suite room with excellent friendly staff. Only down side was seaweed on beaches that come and go with current but at that end of the bay is reoccurring. You can swim quickly past it to beautiful wonderful waters and long sandy beach. The buffet is AMAZING. staff was so friendly and welcoming."

"The management was not very helpful and was what I would describe as fake friendly. The servers and housekeeping staff(one and the same) were fantastic! Incredibly helpful and friendly. Management should take a cue from theses ladies. There was no bathroom in the lobby, restaurant or the pool. We had to go back to our room, very strange. "We were upgraded to a beautiful suite. The reception was very helpful and because we had 1/2 board we even had dinner in the room.Breakfast had a nice selection and wasn’t crowded or noisy at all. The I would have liked different pillows and a little softer bed but the room was awesome! "We had a superb stay at Son Brull. Slightly outside of Pollenca so nice and quiet. The building was a really nice old monastery and had a great spa, restaurant, pool all in a lovely setting. Staff were great with my kids. Thanks so much."

"Lovely hotel, and nice amenities Lucia is an absolute super star and was so helpful when my father got sick, and was so caring. I wish the rest of the staff were all like her, only feedback would be the buffet evening food, this needs to get better but everything else made up for that! "Our favorite hotel with access to the beach! All rooms were suites so we had plenty of room. Convenience to restaurants and shopping. One evening we took a bus ride to Alcudia. Great vibe and beach dining! Lovely, safe, and quiet hotel! Lots of games and activities for kids. 2 pools and grass area with ping pong table. Enjoyed our balcony and kitchenette. Staff was helpful and informative. Gym had good options too. Beach was so much fun, low to no waves."
