The woman at reception was excellent. The room was immaculate and comfortable. The hotel was close to the old town area. One note of caution- the rooms are located up two flights of stairs, there is no elevator so you must carry yor luggage up the flight of stairs.

Amazing new and modern suite

Had a fantastic two nights at this suite, it is so new and modern, and in a fantastic location for exploring the city. The host was extremely helpful with check in/out details and even provided recommendations to us. Would 100% stay here again in future.

Perfect & Gorgeous

I’ve just checked out today after staying here for a 3 day trip, everything was absolutely perfect! Rooms were beautiful, service and communication was outstanding and such an amazing location in the centre of Budapest which is perfect if it’s your first time visiting like it was mine! 5 stars for everything, and will definitely return if I’m in Budapest again! Amazing!!

This was the perfect stay in Budapest! The bed is extremely comfortable, the place is newly renovated and the location is fantastic. Communication & check in instructions were super easy as the host is readily available via WhatsApp. The room is a bit on the smaller side, but the high ceilings & windows give it a more open feel. I will be recommending this place to friends and will definitely be back!

The property was nice and quiet, the host communicated well so happy with that part, although the room and the bathroom were extremely small. Everything looked failry new, but we were greatly disappointed as our shower head broke down on our first day (and fell on me) and the hot water stopped in the middle of the shower and had to finish the shower with cold water in the peak winter time (January) I was also disappointed with the room cleaning service as they didn't make our bed (which was messay) and upon reaching out to the staff i was told that they don't make bed as a part of room cleaning which sounds very strange to me.

Timeless Suites is on the first floor inside a traditional Hungarian apartment building, so the common areas (entrance / stairs) reflect that and are very characterful. There is no lift. Once inside the suites the design & decor throughout is excellent, and the work undertaken to create the space is of a very high standard. We were in Suite 10 and both the bedroom and bathroom were very large & beautifully decorated, with adequate space to store the clothes for our 7 day stay in the open plan style wardrobe area. Suite was provided with soap and shampoo in the shower, a hairdryer, a large screen TV in the bedroom, a mini fridge, a small room safe, a clothes iron, and coffee and tea supplies. In addition Timeless Suites provided complimentary breakfast pastries on some days - at least 4 out of 7 while we were there. Our host Eyal - mostly contacted via WhatsApp - was extremely helpful, and in frequent contact. Replies to queries were fast and comprehensive, and he provided very good information. The area is central and very safe, and the street itself is quiet. It is close to the Opera House, St Stephen's Basilica, and the high end shops of Andrassy Street - a great area to explore on foot. There are very many good restaurants and bars within 15 minutes walk, and there is an excellent breakfast pastries & coffee place - Strudel Garden - a very short walk away. We will definitely return to Timeless Suites when we visit Budapest again.

My room had everything you would want . Tea and coffee in the room . Also iron. Bed was comfortable. Nice big walk in shower. The hotel was quiet and walking distance to everything of interest and there are also bars and restaurants close by . Check in was with door code but was not a problem . Received information of places to visit etc . Booked breakfast which was in a restaurant close by , it was very good choice of food. A nice touch was cakes and pastries offered at reception .

There is literally no space in the room, you cannot even open a carry on size luggage. There is no one in the property available to assist you, its like a ghost town. The customer support available through WhatsApp is literally a joke.

La habitación es demasiado pequeña, las paredes no están aisladas por lo que escuchas absolutamente todo lo que pasa en los otros cuartos, el pasillo y la recepción. El agua caliente es limitada por lo que bañarse es un juego de suerte. El lavabo de nuestro baño estaba lleno de hongos y la tubería estaba rota por lo que se inundaba el baño. Solo me quedé una noche aunque reservé 3 y se negaron a devolverme el dinero de las 2 noches que no me quede.

Nuestra experiencia en el hotel no ha sido buena. La habitación era muy muy pequeña, aunque contábamos con ello. Lo peor ha sido la nula atencion por parte del hotel. Tan solo nos han "limpiado" la habitación 1 dia de 4, y porque nos tuvimos que poner en contacto por whatsapp, ya que en la recepción nunca hay nadie. Tan solo vimos a una persona en el checkin, el resto de la estancia parecía un hotel fantasma. Ni siquiera colocando el cartel de "clean my room" conseguimos que lo hicieran por su propio pie. Si no pedíamos toallas nuevas por whatsapp tampoco se han preocupado de ello. Y como no hay nadie, llegan cuando llegan. Lo mas positivo sin duda es la ubicación, que es inmejorable. Y el colchón bastante cómodo. Por lo demas, decepcionante.

Prisvärd och snyggt!

Prisvärt och kommer definitivt boka igen. Nya fräscha och snygga hotellrum, mycket centralt beläget. Vi hade lite strul att checka in för att kommunikationen via appen laggade men personalen var väldigt vänliga och hjälpsamma. Vi hade missat/inte informerats om att frukost före 9 inte fanns tillgänglig, och de var mycket tillmötesgående och gav oss refund för det så att vi kunde hitta egen frukost ute på stan.
