Great and price, clean+calm, super team!

It was a great stay. Very helpful people working there very kind and aware. Room was simple, but clean and warm, the price is great, and the best location ever. 15 min walk to main parts of the city, 15 min - to National Museum (Wonderful collection) and House of Music (my fav in Budapest). Thank you!

Ok budget hotel

The hotel was ok, location very central and good value for money. The wifi connection was not that good, should be upgraded. Breakfast was very basic, one kind of white bread only. Did not go there every day

This is a very basic property. It appears to be a series of mini apartments amongst other people living in the building. The big red flag is the numerous messages that they are not responsible for items in the room. It’s at the front counter and in the rooms. It’s like they need to call it as it happens. The positive is the location is very good. 1 minute to the M1 line

The room was very dirty. The sheets and towels weren't clean and there was hair of other people in the bed. The shower door was broken and it didn't close well. We asked the workers to change the sheets but they changed them for other dirty ones. I wouln't repeat again in that hotel.

My experience was horrible. There were bed bugs and other bugs all over the place. The place must have had mold because once I walked into the room I got a headache and started Feeling sick. I asked for a refund and they refused to give me a refund. Do not stay here.

Hi, hotel wasn’t good. Beds not comfortable, beds and rooms smell very bad, room dusty, towel has holes, pillows wasn’t comfortable and old. We book 2 rooms for 3 day’s. Only we stayed one night, asked receptionist about problems and change rooms,but they didn’t care and not help. We asked for refund money. They said they can’t help to us. Now we are going to stay another hotel. I don’t recommend. Hotel can’t be 3 star hotel

Worst hotel I’ve ever been in. Many things in the room were broken. And the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. I had to use towels to clean up and then they stopped providing an additional towel so I had to walk around in water. I tried to bring a friend with me into my room and they yelled at me about it and tried to charge extra. The floor was sooooo dirty. Many latches, knobs, or hinges were broken or not functional.

It was a nice hotel. Bed was comfortable. It was good that they had AC in room which is very good in hot days. Unfortunately, breakfast was not good. There are just few options to eat. Honey, chocolate, cheese, butter, fruit, vegetables were missing. I would not pay any money for that breakfast. Thanks!

Vorwiegend unfteundlicher Rezeptionist, bis auf den Abreisetag. Unterkunft sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Dusche undicht. Sehr begrenzte Auswahl beim Frühstück. Gut ist die Anbindung an die Metro.

We moved from this hotel after 1 night,we only stayed the 1 night as it took time to re-book somewhere else. The "hotel" gave more the impression of a shabby hostel. The room we were allocated(std.double)well! The most generous thing I can say is that it looked clean,things went downhill from there.., Badly worn floors,jammed(open)window shutter covered with a bit of tatty net curtain.Used a towel as a blind overnight. There appeared to be mouldy areas around edges of room,the walls were covered in what appeared to be a thin felt/carpet material. The bathroom was okish,cracked shower base,oh,and ants.. Two bedside lamps but no sockets near bed area,used one balanced on the radiator! Breakfast was not bad,probably best part of stay. We had been offered another room,very similar in style,but by then we just wanted out. Once we had found and booked a new hotel,well. The sense of relief we felt entering the room in our new hotel was immense and so different to how we felt going into the Silver hotel room. We are in an ongoing situation to get a refund for the nights not stayed
