This was a luxury experience at Holiday Inn prices. Great bed, huge bathtub, well equipped kitchen, daily housekeeping. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is one block from any public transportation you could want. Also one block from a grocery store.

Overall really liked the hotel. The location to the metro station is excellent. Many stores near by. However, the metro station area is trashy and dirty and has lots of homeless and just scary at least for our little children. The staff was good and cordial. The housekeeping at times was behind their cleaning time so had to ask for the room to be cleaned and coffee was not restocked. In the midst of everything enjoyed our stay at this hotel

We booked this hotel for 4 nights and was totally blown away with our hotel; our room was so spacious, a little kitchenette area, with amenities such as washing machine, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker; the balcony was huge, what’s more surprising, and we didn’t know when booking the hotel, that it was adjoining to the New York Cafe which was a big bonus, so no queuing up. Definitely would stay there again, great location, near to tram, metro and bus. Budapest is such a beautiful city to visit.

Location was great, room was nice at least the bed was comfortable, the quality is a solid 4 star quality hotel, nicely designed, everything worked as expected love that the room doors were a vault door sized, the balcony was a nice touch. Bathrooms amazing literally coming from America I have nothing really to complain about. Would recommend

The room was great and spacious and in a perfect location, close to bars and food. Public transport was also really accessible and easy to use.

Excellence accommodation.

Breakfast in NY cafe was gorgeous. The room was big and clean. Spa with not a big pool was good also. The hotel staff very king and helpful.
