Very good, clean and spacious. Great transport from hotel with the Budapest go app. Unlimited travel for £13 for three days which is brilliant. Only complaint is there was no luggage storage but still a great place to stay

Great apartment in a good location!

Very nice apartment in a good location close to bus and metro. There is also restaurants and supermarket in the area. And a shoppingcenter walking distance from the apartment. We where very satisfied with this apartment.

Very nice quiet accommodation, clean and with everything needed for cooking and washing machine, although I didn't understand how to get the channels on the TV! Very convenient location, close to Keleti train station, about a 25 minute walk down to the Danube or 20 minute walk up to the Arena. Easy to get bus, tram or metro. Loads of shops nearby.

Lovely Limehome!

The stay we had at Limehome was fabulous. It was a lovely, spacious apartment with all amenities needed for a relaxing stay. It was very easy to access the building and get into with great communication from the limehome team. The building was very clean, quiet and in a fantastic location just a few streets up from the main central streets of Budapest. Everywhere was really accessible to walk to, however the property was handily located within less than a 5 minute walk to a main major train/metro/bus station, which made overall travel around the city very easy.

We were very happy with the condition of the room although the feezer was frozen and the bathroom sink was a little clogged up. There was delay in communication but they always got back to us. The onsite manager Victor was helpful and friendly. We would stay again next time we’re in Budapest

Beautiful spacious apartment

My elderly parents and I stayed here 2 nights. It was very large, super clean and had everything we needed to cook. Beds were very comfortable and it was quiet. Check in was easy once I had uploaded passports through the app a couple days before. It was a 5 min walk to the train station and grocery store. Easy to catch transit too. Highly recommend.

Lovely getaway

Last minute booking as previous accommodation cancelled. Really well designed apartment with plenty of space to house 4 people not just the two of us. Good bed space and sofa bed as well as modern kitchen and bathroom. Not in central Budapest but only 1-2 stops by metro to all the local restaurants and shops with easy connection also to the airport. Easy check in and check out and handy not to have to use keys to enter the building / room. Only downside we would give is that the floors weren’t mopped/dusted which was evident when walking in socks / barefoot. Otherwise no faults at all. Would highly recommend LimeHomes to anyone looking for an apartment whilst in Europe.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was in a great location right next to the subway and lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities we needed for cooking. The cleaning staff was the only problem with the place. They didn’t change the sheets. They left clean sheets in a pile for us. They took our towels and didn’t replace them. They also left our door open after they left so anyone could have taken our things. This place needs better staff and maybe a safe in the rooms.

The property is extremely convenient as far as distance from Ferenc Liszt airport is concerned. There is a dedicated walkway from the exit of the airport to the entrance of the hotel which takes literally five minutes to traverse. The staff is friendly, professional and efficient, and there is an obvious commitment to energy savings in place. The decor is relaxed yet modern, with a fresh feel. Cleanliness is outstanding. Breakfast was served promptly at 0400, in time to make our early flight and surprisingly varied and delicious, including several typical hungarian specialties. Things that could use perfecting: The somewhat gloomy lighting in the room, which contributed to the leaving behind of a phone charger. The TV channel options are fairly meager, which is probably not a deal breaker when just staying overnight. Watch out for the slippery floors in the bathroom and shower. The all-in-one soap provided produced a red rash, which has not happened with any product at any other hotels. Despite the minor critiques above, high recommended, an overall great experience, very convenient and worth every penny!

I liked the location. It is very convenient if you have to take a train; it is right next to the railway station. The room was clean and bigger than I thought it would be. There was a kitchen, which is good if you stay for longer than a couple of days. I didn't like the way the system works with the check-in. I think it would be better to send the access codes to the clients right after they pay. Online registration 24 hours before checking in is not a very convenient thing, either. I received a link when I was already on the road and trying to do it during the transfer. Connecting to the airport wifi is a challenge (and not safe because the easiest way to get hacked and have your personal information stolen is exactly through the dodgy airport wifi, and I had to upload my passport information). When I arrived it was 1 pm; it turned out that they still hadn't processed my check-in information, and I could receive a code to enter the building only at 3 pm. After a 15-hour flight, standing in front of a closed door with your luggage and no access to any internet is brutal. Sometimes having no receptionist is fine (if the system works well), but not in the case of this hotel. Random people let me in, and I connected to wifi to chat with the support. I asked for an early check-in, which they promised to do, but I still received that code only at 3pm. I was hungry, tired, stressed out, and got sick after all that. I saw other guests in the same situation. Hire a reseptionist!!!
