I liked everything about this hotel, the staff, the cleaning and the kindness of all the staff of the hotel, the hotel is very close to metro station and nearby it's full o restaurants and many amuising places, i will go back there once again. Thank you so much for everything.

Cobwebs in corners of the ceiling Shower head was not adjustable so couldn’t move it up or down, made it difficult to shower as was set really high. Room was so hot! It says it has aircon but it is not on in April. It reached 27 degrees when we visited in April. We asked if they could turn the air con on but they said no, we also asked for a fan but they said no and to open the window. It wouldn’t have been a problem to open the window if it wasn’t on a main road with a tram running 24 hours a day and sirens / cars etc going past constantly making it extremely noisy. Lastly it specifically said there is an ‘in room safe’ but there is not. There is a safe at reception you can use which just didn’t feel secure to me. The room was fairly modern and quite nicely decorated and the bed was comfy which is probably the only positives I found about this hotel.

Bathroom missing shower door so water soaked the whole floor - also mould on bathroom floor. Noisy guests at 7 am. Luggage storage cost 5 euros. - first time I had a hotel put a charge on this facility. Beds are comfy and clean

Ikke et sted for dem med rullestol. Begrenset plass i spisesalen, vi måtte hver dag passe på å få spisetider for frokosten neste dag (tidlig - midt imellom- sen). Var det ikke plasser igjen i den puljen vi trengte, måtte vi enten ta til takke med en annen tid eller skippe frokosten. Dette var tydeligvis pga systemet deres (kapasiteten i spisesalen). Men noen av personalet var svært imøtekommende og hjelpsom!

El hotel esta bien situado, a 15 minutos del parlamento. Limpio y el desayuno correcto. Lo que no nos gustó fue la cama, demasiado blanda y la almohada demasiado fina.

Helt okei hotell med tanke på prisen. Bra beliggenhet med mange spise og drikkesteder rundt om og nære til buss, trikk og t-bane. Om man vil gå til byen, så gårder fint på 15 minutter. Rent og ryddig og de rengjør hver dag. Helt greie senger, men temperaturen på rommet er alt for høy, varmen kan ikke skrus av på radiatorene, og air condition som påstås v bære der, fungerer ikke. Vi var her i midten av oktober og det var vanskelig å sove pga av varmen. Dusjen var bra, men badet må gjøres noe med. Alt vannet renner ut på gulvet i baderommet og fortsetter utenfor, da det ikke er tett mellom bad og resten av hotellrommet. Service var helt ok, de virker litt sure og hilser sjeldent når man går ut og inn av resepsjonen. Men de er behjelpelige når det er noe man behøver.
