Great location on the Buda side. Convenient to public transportation - both tram and bus. Room was clean and nice with plenty of lights. The room also had a refrigerator. Also had an iron. I also had a very nice view, and could see some of Fisherman’s Bastion.

Communication was very difficult and there was no one to speak with when problems arose. There was a major leak in the sink which was not addressed until after my departure. The wifi password was not posted and difficult to obtain.

The room i stayed in looked nothing like what i saw on the pictures upon booking, the walls are paper thin to the point where i could hear my neighbours using the toilet. Not a pleasant experience as there was rust and mould along the walls of my room. There is no staff whatsoever, and hard to get into communication with any staff online.

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung. Erschreckend war nur die Sauberkeit, die leider nicht vorhanden war. Der Service per WhatsApp ist sehr schnell nur leider passiert überhaupt nichts. Wir mussten zwei Tage auf Handtücher warten, weil keine auf dem Zimmer waren. Auch die Reinigung, die einmal pro Aufenthalt inklusive ist, hat nicht statt gefunden. Wie beschrieben wollten wir die Möglichkeit nutzen und unser Gepäck vor Check in abgeben. Leider öffnet niemand die Tür, weil der Service überhaupt nicht besetzt ist. So war es nicht Möglich das Gepäck vor oder nach Check in/Check out im Hotel zu lassen. Eine Info vorab, dass das Frühstück in einem anderen Hotel stattfinden wäre nett gewesen. Das Monastery Hotel wiederum ist zu empfehlen, das Frühstück war sehr gut. Bei einem erneuten Aufenthalt würde ich dieses Hotel buchen. Die Sache mit den Handtüchern hat mich sehr geärgert. Am besten nimmt man selber welche mit. Der Standort ist super, man kann vieles von dort aus zu Fuß machen. Der Anbieter sollte am Service & der Sauberkeit arbeiten. Ich frage mich tatsächlich woher die sehr guten Bewertungen kommen. Wir reisen häufig und wählen bewusst kleinere Butik Hotel für unseren Aufenthalt. Aber so etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt.

camera molto ampia e dotata di ogni confort (bollitore con tè e caffè, ferro da stiro, cambio teli quotidiano, a/c, giochi di luci colorati). La posizione è la cosa che abbiamo apprezzato di più, a soli 250 metri dalla funicolare del castello e a 400 metri dal bastione dei pescatori. L'host, Eyal, molto gentile e disponibile, ti supporta per tutto il periodo di soggiorno, dandoti utili consigli e raccomandazioni. ortimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
