"Enjoyed a lovely 3 night stay recently. Location is second to none with you only being a 1 minute walk from Grand Place square and a 2 mins walk from Brussels Central station. Hotel staff are incredibly friendly and will do anything possible to make your stay all the more enjoyable. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Breakfast buffet was great, with plenty of options. "

"The hotel was very good. It was clean and comfortable. I would recommend it if you’re looking for a convenient place to stay in Brussels. It’s close to the city center and easy to get around. I definitely would use it again if I were to return to Brussels for sightseeing or shopping. The staff was generally friendly and helpful for the most part. "

"The front desk clerks were nice to unfriendly. Poor communications about breakfasts, one French lady was not friendly when i explained i cannot hear. She would not communicate in writing so she was jerk. Three other hotel staff were friendly, cordial and helpful. Breakfast was good first 2 days then reduced to simple breakfasts for same amount of $$$. There needs to have better instructions in a room regarding different information about trash situation. The housecleaning staff were upset...
