"Excellent hotel. We have stayed in a lot of UK Premier Inns so we are used to the standards. Helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable rooms. If you require your room cleaning you have to mention to reception, which was no issue for us. Similarly, for additional tea/coffee you just had to ask. Location is great for tourists. Central location and easy access to trams, buses and trains at nearby Alexanderplatz station. Hop on hop off buses also stop very closeby, if using those. We didn't eat here due to other plans made for our short stay, but we used the bar for a couple of drinks. Reasonably priced and nice relaxed atmosphere. We were able to leave our luggage here on early arrival and for our late departure, which was a great help. I would recommend this hotel to others wanting a clean and comfortable place to stay and easy access to main attractions and public transport. "

"Hotel is lovely, very good location, literally 2 min walk from the train station, with connection to any other part of the city. The only thing was there was no kettle in the room, and I drink a lot of tea and coffee so I was missing it. Other than that, no fault "

"This hotel was good. Great central location. Walkable to most touristy places and the christmas markets. Check in was easy and smooth. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Staff were helpful and welcomed wih a hello and a smile. This is an eco friendly hotel so cleaning isnt done every day but if you request it rooms will be cleaned everyday, staff informed us of this, room signs and the info pack also tell you this. Room was spacious, if you like firm pillows ask for extra when checking in. Late checkout time was helpful along with long breakfast time. Breakfast had good selection always being replenished. "

"Great rooms. Even though the safe in my first room was acting up, the staff were very helpful in moving me to another room. Wonderful situation, close to the cathedral, museums and TV Tower. Easy walking distance to the U-Bahn and train stations. Great variety of choices with breakfast. Overall I had a wonderful stay in Berlin at the Radisson. Would visit again!"
