The stay was overall good with the front desk staff taking the gold star for helpful and friendliness. The room was spacious and clean but I do have a couple of comments. The TV in front of the bed, the power supply next to the outside TV, the safe deposit box and the hand soap dispenser did not work. But thank you for a comfortable stay.

This was a lovely stay! The area was quiet (considering there was construction on the street) and the service was very warm and considerate. I would stay here again. I don't recommend it for individuals looking for a lively night life, and would recommend it if you are looking for a relaxing Berlin trip.

Visiting our son.

Helpful friendly staff, who could all speak good English. Didn't opt for breakfast, as very expensive compared to other hotels. Before coming here we stayed in Potsdam, where the breakfast was about half the cost, so we included it in our stay. Very close underground link, which we used many times. Nice area, with a lot of sites within easy walking distance. This was our 2nd stay here & would recommend, but bathroom needs some TLC.

Location is very convenient, staff was helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. There are laundry facilities. I would come back, happily. The only very minor annoyance is the minibar, while free, is not stocked past the first day. One can pick up free minibar items at the reception, but that defeats the point of minibars.

Stayed here for one night and had a very positive experience. It was very quiet and clean. Room was ready early and was very comfortable and spacious. Short very comfortable stay

I had a room with the river view and it was amazing. Room was big, clean with everything you need. Very clean and comfortable. Checkin was very easy and quick. Breakfast is good including good coffee. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Gorgeous hotel in a nice area.

Great hotel right next to the underground. Only a couple of stops from Alexanderplatz. Large room with very comfortable bed and bath and shower. Great service overall. Would highly recommend.

Good location

Hotel has good location very close the Museum Island and other important places. Personnel was friendly. Our reservation was queen size big bed. However, we had given a room with not comfortable twin beds which the ladies tried to combine somehow. Reception told us that they don’t have rooms with queen size bed which is difficult to understand. Otherwise the hotel has overall good standings.
