"The property was of a basic nature and very tired in places. The bathroom paint was peeling off the walls. The bed was a small queen bed that wasn't big enough for 2 adults to get a good night sleep. The mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. Due to this we left the property early and had to book a hotel. I also tried to contact the property as advised by Sykes cottages, but my calls were unanswered and not returned. Overall a disappointing stay. There are plenty of better rentals available."

"Room is great condition - spacious and big for everything we needed. Good location for shopping and easily accessible with lockboxes etc. In the room you can hear every single noise from outside in the corridor so not ideal if you want a good nights sleep as other guests are very rowdy - they assume because there is no staff on site they can be as loud as they want. Very noisy and difficult to fall asleep. "
