"Had an absolutely lovely stay here. Breakfast included was delicious, free welcome drink, great location, very clean, could go on and on! So much charm to the place. We stayed at a different place our first two nights in London but I wish we would have just stayed here for all of them!! "

"Very convenient location near Earl’s Court underground station. Also walkable to restaurants and shops. Clean comfortable room and friendly staff. Tea & coffee plus fresh fruit always available in lobby which is nice if you are on the go. Only negative was the lift was not working but the staff helped me with my luggage. Would stay here again. "My room was not huge. The price was not huge!!! But it, and the hallways, etc, had been recently given what must have been nearly a complete rebuild. Fixtures, fittings, etc, modern and good. "Smart" lighting out smarted me a bit, but was very nice, if not quite able to understand what I wanted. It "worked" perfectly ADEQUATELY though.
Not a lot of frills, but a nice waiting area near reception for meeting friends. 24 hour front desk. I'd stay again. Didn't eat in, but would expect it was nice....
"We stayed for 8 nights, the experience was mostly good, but we got the room directly next to the elevator (literally you can make one big step from the threshold of my room’s door to the elevator’s door), so it becomes noisy whenever other guests and hotel staff move around. Also for 8 nights, I was hoping that we’d get more than 2 bottled water and 2 pieces of biscotti. The location is great otherwise, very close to Earl’s court station."
