"Everything was good except getting tea or coffee at the Brama. The device in the room was difficult and dysfunctional. The machines for coffee and tea in the common room (Library) were similarly frustrating and out of water (one leaked). Staff were supposed to be available 24/7 by their postings, but unavailable before 8AM. Fortunately, nearby is a coffee/ tea shop which we (and others) resorted to using each day. "Premium priced but still so cheap they won’t clean your room. This restaurant is also way over-priced. In general it’s a curious urban dull-lit reception and bar area which will appeal to some. The surrounding area is not nice at all, don’t be misled by it being close to Notting Hill. I liked the pool although the gender neutral changing facilities is one trendy step too far for me. "

"Our room wasn’t ready at check in time. We had to wait an additional hour in order to check in. The restaraunt located at the hotel was not good. The best thing about this location is it is close to alot of options for food as well as easy access to the tube."

"No Gym facilities. The toom had heating but it was a loud fan which was blowing air and what felt like dust circulating a closed room which only had the ventelation from windows which open to 25 degrees. Is this enough for ventilation? Having said this, its located in a safe area of west brompton being the nearest tube st. I never had any issues travelling back at 9pm - 10pm at night. Restaurant closes at 10pm, which was a shame. I had broccoli soup from here one evening which was lovely. I...

"The receptionist name "Aylin" very very kind and helpful. She is a first impression for the first day of my UK trips. The room is very clean , good bathtub , big ben view in my room so good (Room type : Suite with bigben view). If you need anyhelp or anything i phone called and all of the staff help a lot. I recommend you to stay here. Hope to meet them again!"
