"Very good stay. Had everything needed couldn’t have asked for anything better. Good location-10 min walk from Paddington, Hyde/Kensington park & Bayswater. 5 mins from Lancaster Gate underground station. 30 min walk to Mable arch/Oxford street/Notting hill etc. Very central location but without the regular noise of beeping & sirens in london. Would defo stay again! Thank you. "

"The hotel was newly renovated and very clean. The receptionist was charming and very helpful Amenities were basic - a little fridge would have been nice. Excellent location. I would stay again "

"On arrival they told me they did not have a booking for me and it had been cancelled. I showed them the live booking on the Hotels.com app but no luck. I was unable to reach Hotels.com as their support system is appalling. Eventually i had to pay againfor a room, this all delayed my plans. Hours later they called me to say they found my booking. Days later i received a refund. The hotel itself was just OK, expensive for what it is and i would always now use a local travelodge instead. "
