"My Mother had a wonderful stay at the Half Moon Hotel. I accidentally booked this hotel a year ago - long story but needless to stay it ended up all working out well. Staff were amazing, friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. Really enjoyed the stay and service. "A fairly priced stay. Advertised as sleeping ten, we were eight and it felt a bit of a squeeze having just the one toilet (the listing said two). The downstairs basement room was fine for us but you do need to keep the dehumidifier running or it smells damp. The stairs to the basement need care and attention too. Aside from the basement room, the space is lovely and just what we needed, especially the large dining table.

"Simply fantastic hotel that has everything you need in and out. Clean room and full amenities, close to various transportation options and very good Spanish little restaurant right across the street. Lastly - huge shout out to Thelma at reception who was so attentive during our check in and made my mom’s day with such a sweet and personal birthday surprise! She was sooo happy!!"

"Our suite was spectacular! Floor to ceiling windows that afforded fantastic views of the Thames and the London skyline, including the London Eye! The decor and finishings were top notch. Area around the property has construction (there is generally a ton of roadwork in London, and the area is still being developed in places), hence the 4 stars on that aspect. The entire staff was amazing, from housekeeping, to the doormen, to room service, to concierge services, to the front desk, the management, and the folks at Nine Elms Kitchen. They were kind, professional, courteous, and helpful. If we’re ever back in London, we will definitely stay there again."
