"We have stayed in the Belgrave a number of times before and have never been disappointed. The hotel is lovely, so clean and highly maintained. We stayed in the newly refurbished signature suite and oh boy have they thought of just about everything!! There is what appears a wardrobe but opens into a small kitchen with everything from a brita filter tap, Nespresso machine, fridge, microwave, cutlery and crockery. There is a Dyson hair dryer, a clothes steamer, an iron and ironing board. The bed is so comfortable with high end mattresses, quilts and pillows along with bedding. Beside the bed there is mag pack charging points and usb-c connections. Finally the beautiful bathroom with such beautiful tiling and a fantastic waterfall shower with no leaking!!! The bathroom even has a charging points for electric toothbrushes! Everything you could need. The air conditioning during the high temperature in London was excellent. But most of all, the best thing was Killan. He is the night manager or if not the night manager needs to be promoted to. He is so kind and looks after all guests so well. Always checking if anyone needs anything and such a friendly face to see after a long day in London. All the staff are truly wonderful but Killan stands out going above and beyond. Carrying suitcases, checking if we need anything in the room or taxis ordered. A wonderful representation of the hotel. We see him every time we are here and always the same kind, helpful, smiling and charming guy."

"Nice new hotel conveniently located a short walk from Victoria station. Spacious room (upgraded to accessible room with an external window). Appreciated the generous breakfast included. Overall a very positive stay, just a few areas to look into: - Bizarre, complicated WiFi login and password written on hotel information sheet by receptionist that didn’t work (tried a few times). Why not use industry standard, such as surname/room number? - soundproofing was ok, we could hear people talking as they walked along the corridor, and luckily no-one either side of us. However, there was a very audible sound of running water behind the walls all night, see possible explanation from google below*. - Breakfast was busy and, while there was plenty of food to help yourself to, and frequent cleaning away of dishes, some of the serving spoons were very greasy from the many hotel guests handling them. Suggest hand sanitisers on entry and more napkins. - The coffee dispensed in the three machines tasted awful. Could have been the milk, or the blend of coffee, water and milk in a cappuccino. I tried two machines, as one looked like it had a decaf label on it. *possible explanation from google: Building Material: Many modern hotels use lightweight PVC drainpipes rather than old-school heavy cast iron. PVC transmits the sound of rushing water, which can sound loud like a "waterfall"."

"Located in the centre of the theatre District you are stones through away from major attractions. The staff were accommodating and polite. The rooms was not as clean as I thought it would be. There was here in the bathroom and the basin stopped. Cork didn’t work properly. It was lovely to have air-conditioning and a nice comfy bed. Would definitely stay there again."

"This hotel was perfect in every way. Convenient to Victoria station and walking distance to the palace. It smells refreshing when you return after a long day and the rooms are spacious with everything you need from toiletries to tea or coffee in the morning with a biscuit. The automatic bedside controls were also wonderful."
