"The overall stay was amazing. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the shower had hot water and the beds were comfortable. The location was close to the train and the Brixton market and restaurants."
"We had a really lovely stay here for our wedding in London. The rooms were beautiful and clean and staff were friendly and helpful. My mother's room was closer to the rail tracks so hers was quite noisy at times but she used earplugs and was able to sleep. Rooms felt safe and bed was comfortable."
"This was ny second time staying at this property. My first time was October 2024, 2nd time August 2025.
This hotel provides comfort and convenience.
I especially want to thank Frezer for her consistent and warm hospitality. Frezer always took the time to ensure my stay was comfortable and i had everything i needed.
I will stay here again. "
"Staff were miserable. The toilet and shower facilities were disgusting. I appreciate it’s a hostel but this has been by far the worst one I have personally ever stayed at. Rooms were smelly even though windows were open. "
"Host was amazing and the property is really lovely, was great for our requirements. The only major bad bit was the sofa bed was unusable to sleep or sit on but we made do with the cushion on the floor. "
"Nice room and when I eventually got key code and into property it was lively. Close to Rail, underground and buses and plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby and within a stones throw of tooting common"

"Great stay, very central location for London. My second stay here. Highly recommended. I added one night and they made adjustments with booking so I can stay at my room which actually a free upgrade from what I booked for that extra one night. Thank you for that! Mary at reception was very helpful and kind. Mohammed is amazing, I heard he has been with the hotel the longest. But, everyone there amazing, helpful and kind"
"From the moment we stepped in, we were treated with such care and kindness. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a location so attentive to your needs and assuring everything is well during your visit. 100% recommend "
"Excellent position for the theatres and very clean and modern. My fault for not looking into it better but no where to put your luggage and no tea and coffee facilities, this is stated on it but i didnt realise. There was also alot of noise possibly from a night till really very late which qas very annoying. But it was clean and the staff were fabulous. "
