Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. "Lovely hotel in a great location. Two main gripes (one foreseeable): - I resented having to pay £50 for parking. It seems so excessive given what you’re already paying for a room. - The floor in the entrance to the spa and the men’s changing rooms were disgusting. They need an hourly clean. By the time I visited at 8-30 at night the floor was revolting."
