"Overall the hotel is good. I had several small annoyances happen. First we were given keys to an occupied room that was embarrassing"

"Room was dirty, sheets had stains, computer chair was broken, toilet ran consistently, no a/c or heat, had to replace key to room several times. "

"Lots of shops nearby. There was no hot water."

"One observation to share is that when one leaves their room there is no signage to show where the ice machines or vending machines are. Or where the Fire Exits are? Granted, that once a hallway is full of smoke there is no visibility. But it seems very barren to walk down hotel hallways and there is not signage for important needs. And yes, at the end of the hallways there are Fire Exit signs."

"The tv signal was in and out constantly all night, making it impossible to watch a show. The room i was put in had approximately 6 refrigerated box trucks parked right outside the door, these trucks ran from approximately 4pm and were still running and loud around 2am when i finally fell asleep. "

"It was little things—. No refrigerator in room leads you to meandering all over the property looking for a well hidden ice machine. Wall mounted toiletries great idea, but shampoo and conditioner were both empty— so, none of that to be had while IN the shower. I just expected a better room for the cost"
