"It was way to crowded to try the pool and hot tub. With a busy weekend as it was 2 slow moving elevators was not enough. We ended up using the stairs to the 6th floor."

"I had a great stay and would rate Hotel Covington 4.5 stars if that was possible. The room, lobby, and Knowledge bar had a great balance of elegance and comfort, so that I felt pampered. I can't say enough about how warm and professional the staff is. The -.5 comes from two things: 1) there not being a way to make coffee or hot water in the Deluxe room, so that I had to go downstairs for those. Guests get free drip coffee in the morning, but you have to go get it. 2) The bed was firm for me. Otherwise the room was comfortable - and soundproof! That was wonderful. The location is also prime. I would definitely stay there again."

"Bed was comfortable. Staff very nice. Room was clean but smelled mildewy when we first got there. Hallway smelled also. Ice machines didn’t work. Pool was so ice cold we couldn’t stand it. Not even little kids that came in wanted to stay in. Shower was really nice. Close to everything can walk to a show or several good restaurants."
