I didn't get everyone's name but EACH person at the hotel was truly wonderful, professional, warm and went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. The lobby has a really fun energy. AMAZING location and also right across from the T. The room was small-ish but clean, modern and nicely decorated. Food at the bar was also very good. High recommend! "

"Our family stay at Copley House was perfect! The room was spacious with all the amenities. Nice little kitchen area was perfect for morning coffee and tea. The front desk was a short walk up the block and were ready to help with any recommendations we asked for about the area and things to do.
