"great as always. but for the price the rooms as well as the spa look quite worn"

"I thought the Alpine Thermal Pools was included in the hotel room price but if we want to use that one we have to pay for 50% price. But we can still use the indoor and another outdoor thermal pool which is the one different from the pictures."

"Personne sympathique mais hôtel qui est très loin d’un 3 étoiles."

"Sehe heimelig eingerichtetes Hotel und Zimmer. Super Frühstück. Besitzer sehr zuvorkommend. Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen."

"The hotel has a charming vintage-style design, with beautiful decorative pieces displayed throughout the property. Our room was comfortable and included a balcony, as well as two sleeping areas separated by a curtain. The only downsides were the shower, where it was difficult to control the water temperature, and the breakfast, which was basic. The staff were courteous, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay."

"Süper "

"Sehr nette und lustige Gastgeber, wunderbare Küche und eine Top Auswahl Weine und Grappa"

"Everything was great breakfast view room amenities"

"พนักงานทุกคนบริการด้วยความอัธยาศัยดี ห้องพักสะอาด อาหารเช้าอร่อย"

"Recommend for family trip. Large and clean room. Very close to train station and big supermarket. There is Mc Donald nearby the hotel. Narrow choice of breakfast. A limited hotel amenties. "

"This property had the most convenient location to access lake Oeschinensee with all the alpine amenities. Proper gym, lovely sauna, and the on site dining was delightful. Breakfast was a huge hit for my whole family but the seasonal pumpkin soup and salad were unmatched and by far the best thing eaten while in Switzerland. The staff were welcoming and helpful, the rooms were accommodating and clean. 10/10, would recommend."

"We couldn't have found a better fit for our family of 3 on our visit to Switzerland. Bruna at the front desk was truly the most amazing hostess to check us in, give us clarity on parking in town, share courtesy tram passes and remind us how good the breakfast is in the kitchen nook! Her personality and smile was out of this world!!! We did dinner in the restaurant also and it too was amazing! The fresh squeezed orange juice machine blew my mind and made the courtesy breakfast that much more...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel from the moment we arrived until the 9th day we checked out. Our junior suite, adorned with red rose petals felt extra special for our anniversary. We especially loved the generous breakfast buffet and the option to order from the a la carte menu at no extra charge. Also pleasantly surprised to find complimentary sparkling wine and unlimited bottled water from their well and you if you like you can also drink water from the faucet. It was so nice...

"Alles perfekt, sehr zu empfehlen"
