After some terrible train trouble in Italy, we got here after check in was closed. I called ahead of closing and the staff were so lovely, helpful and understanding about our situation and figured out a solution for us. Pool and sauna is open 24/7 and the can also book massages at the desk on check in.

I was very surprised when I arrived here. The view from the room was absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Very clean and comfortable. Very large balconies too.

What a gem of a hotel! A real find in Leukerbad. There’s a drop off spot at the hotel for check I’m and out; otherwise, park at the Rathaus (or other paid parking). Lovely wee place with nice staff. The restaurant is good and the breakfast worthwhile (although I’ll be honest, the coffee is subpar). Perfect location for enjoying the town. Bathrobes are available for 5chf deposit at the front desk. Enjoy their sauna and pool!

The staff made this hotel, the reception staff were always lovely. Great room, kettle, mini bar, etc and the pool/sauna was an added bonus. No parking but everything is so compact that it’s nearby to walk. Comfy duvets!

Good location and service but needs some improvs

The hotel is well located. It includes a sauna and an internal pool. The pool’s water should be warmer. Temperature of hot water at shower is not working stable . Th sheeting is general for the building and cannot be regulated at the room. With these improvements can be afear place .

This hotel was a great value for the money (at least in terms of Swiss prices :). The staff spoke enough English and allowed us to store our bags there till checkin. All the facilities were clean and the room was quite modern. They also have a free sauna and pool which were very relaxing. The Leukerbad bus drops you off just a 5min walk from the hotel. Because of the walkability of the town, everything is nearby. The room didn't have an iron, fridge, fan/A/C, or microwave - all of which would have been nice. I also never found out where the laundry room was. Besides that it was great - would recommend.

The personnel was friendly and flexible with having an oversize dog against their rules (checked in advance if possible). The room was clean and silent, and the breakfast was good. The bed was too small for two friends (for couples it could be kind of ok). There is no parking place by the hotel, we had to park at a local parkhouse for daily fees cca. 5 minutes away from the hotel.

Es ist okay, aber erwartet nicht zuviel.

Ausstattung erneuerungs bedürftig! Kühlschrank brummt alle paar Minuten wie ein Maschinengewehr. Fenster und Balkontür liessen sich nicht richtig schliessen. Pantry-Küche verdreckt, Schimmel im Badezimmer an den Silikon Fugen und an der Decke. Sehr hellhörig. Keine Parkplätze am Hotel. Parkhäuser in der Nähe. Schade war auch, das uns das Personal an der Rezeption nicht über die Tagespässe der Gemeinde informiert hat, erst am letzten Tag haben wir das herausgefunden. Somit hätte man viel mehr erleben können (Thermen, Bergbahnen etc..? Es gibt zwar die Vergünstigung card, aber der tagespass wäre viel interessanter gewesen.
