The services is outstanding, very friendly and helpful, the hotel is nice but room was outdated and without a view, restaurant unfortunately was not good, breakfast simple. Hotel is located a bit further but all still reachable on foot.

This was a lovely hotel in magical Leukerbad. When we were there, it was decorated for Christmas, which made for a warm, cozy atmosphere. The views from the hotel are spectacular. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We are looking forward to returning to this hotel in the future!
