"Easy check-in, even though I was hours late. Augustine, the concierge, was simply amazing! I forgot my travel adaptor, and he tried his best to look through the storage to find one. I could tell he was working long hours and was smiling at every turn! Time for a raise for Augustine!. Thanks, I will keep up with Z Hotel when I'm in London. Keep your awesome employees! "

"A localização do hotel é ótima, perto da torre de Londres e muito próxima ao metrô, o que facilita muito conhecer outros pontos da cidade. Acho que falta apenas um frigobar nos quartos e mais opções no café da manhã, não tinha nem queijo para colocar no pão, mas de resto tudo foi perfeito."

"Saban and Belinda were great hosts. They were very accommodating and paused their laundry so i could do mine between the two different legs of my trip. I neeed to make sure i had enough clean laundry as i would not have access ta any laundry facilities for the next 12 days. The room was nice, and perfect for a solo traveller."

"Hôtel très propre, personnel très agréable. La chambre très bien équipée pour se faire à manger, literie douillette. La personne qui a réparé notre lavabo nous a laissé un petit mot avec une barre de chocolat. Le petit-déjeuner compris était copieux, par contre, il ferme à 9 h 30, c’est peut-être un peu tôt, c’est le seul commentaire négatif. "

"Really lovely clean rooms, hotel was nice and quiet. Didn't hear anyone else in their rooms or coming in from nights out and we stayed at the weekend. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Breakfast had so much choice and was presented nicely. Would highly recommend staying here, we'll definitely be back. 10/10 from us 😁"
