"If you can afford any other hotel please for the love of god stay there. I would rather stay at the Bates Motel instead of this tish hole. "I paid £38 for this room - which was about right- I wanted a bed for a few hours after a night out in Leeds - the hotel is opposite the station, so a great location. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was tired - the bedding and towels were clean - but the carpets, bathroom floor and shower tray were grubby. There was also a rip in my bedroom carpet. I got what I was expecting - but am glad I didn’t pay any more money."

"The hotel was great. Only down side no where to park only the NCP. £15 per 24 hours. No discount from the car park anymore where most reviews say that it does. Very disappointed with this as it does say on the description."

"Very nice staff, very clean room, nice clean bathroom nice shower over the bath plenty of hot water good water pressure, 2 small bottles of shampoo and body wash and a small bar of soap towels provided. Nice room with desk and chairs the bed was comfortable. Not enough power points to charge your phone/laptop/watch no USB points especially difficult if two people have items to charge at the same time maybe bring an extension lead/plug. Car parking is charged and expensive especially if staying...

"A perfect venue for the conference centre and very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. So much choice and really good quality. Note - we had an accessible room on the third floor. The room was great but the 03:30 fire alarm caused us some issues. Our mistake for not ticking the ‘need assistance’ box at check in."
