"Always a wonderful stay."

"Staff was super friendly. The rooms just weren't cozy. No table for a family to sit and eat in the room. No dresser to put clothes in. No real closet. Was surprised this is owned by Hilton. I paid 750 for 4 days, it wasn't worth the money."

"Unfortunately the place was so disgusting ,I couldn't stay there. The attendant was outside of the main entrance door smoking a cigarette,and drinking,( he asked me was I checking in. I said yes. He then said to me he'd be right in). After 5mins of waiting in a smokey, mildew smelling lobby I went back outside to ask if he would please check me in "he said to me "I told you I would be in just wait") While patiently waiting for him I thought if the lobby smelled and looked filthy I can only...

"The rooms were clean. The bed was ok. Breakfast was ok not great but ok. However, they took my credit card for incidentals and when I checked the card account after leaving they charged it $10.65 with out telling me they were going to. Upon calling them to inquite what that was they said parking fee. When I told the guy on the phone that I was not informed of a parking fee charge he said that they always tell everyone about it....well no sir they did not last night. The charge was not alot...

"I didn't have a working phone on the room, nor did my window shades work. Unable to see any daylight"

"No elevator. Minimal snack machine and soda machine. Good ice machine on second floor. Rooms are equipped with multiple USB plugs. Close to Five Guys, Wendy’s, Sheetz, gas station."

"Great place for a quick stay, room was clean, bed was comfortable. Staff are extra nice, unable to get one of the employees name who checked us in, but he was so kind and pleasant. As someone who is hot all the time, the AC worked WONDERS. Many shops just nearby"

"This Hotel is horrible! It looks as if it hasn’t been updated in 30 years. Carpets are all stained, bedding was stained, hair in the sheets, secondary security lock was broken on the inside of the door. People were smoking cigarettes and marijuana as you could smell it everywhere. It was like 100 room trap house. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful, after all she doesn’t own the place she just works there. They charged me $50 to cancel my stay. This place needs torn down so a decent...

"Beautiful place and amazing location! The bourbon bar was disappointing....no one waited on us (even though we were told to sit anywhere and that someone would take our order) and bartender seemed a bit overwhelmed so we left without getting any drinks. That is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars on everything. Would definitely stay there again on our next visit to Fredericksburg.♥️"

"Breakfast was OK. However there was no fresh fruit or fruit of any kind. This is the second Spark Hotel I have stayed at. In both cases the orange juice was watery . I couldn’t drink it. The coffee was very good."
