"This place is conveniently located to the Peoria sports complex. We were there for spring training. The hotel is very rundown with wallpaper peeling and walls painted with two different paint colors. The vent in our bathroom was boarded over. They charge a lot of money during the six weeks of spring training, but it’s just not worth it. The only positive I can say is that it’s within walking distance of everything we wanted to do.
