The staff and front desk are AMAZING from the moment we checked in on 7/12 to 7/17 when we checked out. Everyone (and I mean everyone) was friendly and accommodating and went above and beyond to be helpful which made our stay very pleasant. We would definitely book here again if we ever find ourselves out in Arizona. This hotel should feel proud to have such amazing people working here.

Very nice hotel

We enjoyed our stay. The entire property is very nice with plenty of parking. It's not far from many restaurants and shopping opportunities. The complimentary breakfast was very good with many choices.

Our room had 2 seperate private bedrooms with private full bathrooms. Bathtubs included. Lots of storage space in all areas. Private large sitting area with a work station and dining table. Full kitchen wih an oven. Front desk gave us a blender for use as well. Lots of towels were offered everday.

Family trip to football camp!

We had a great stay! Only thing the fire alarm blasted in the middle of the night, but they let us stay a couple hours after check out time. Breakfast had some quiche bowls that were tasty!

Staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. Accommodations were very nice. Most hotels offer breakfast, and Residence Inn was no exception. Where they differ is that the quality of the breakfast was outstanding - definitely a cut above the standard offering. Coffee was great.

We love the Residence Inn

We had to stay for a few weeks due to construction at our home. The Residence Inn in Surprise was a great choice. ALL of the folks that work here are super friendly. Our room had a kitchen which made things so much easier. They also have a hot breakfast in the lobby every morning. The beds are super comfortable.

I've always stayed at the Radisson Inn when I come to Surprise AZ and loved everything .. love the staff .. extremely attentive to their guests .. pet friendly and unfortunately this time my dog was bad .. but Travis the manager was so wonderful about it .. I didn't hesitate with informing them of what she did .. Travis was amazing .. I highly recommend staying at the Radisson Inn in surprise Arizona .. YOU won't regret it .. YOU WILL LOVE IT..

Property was spacious and clean. Kitchen is showing a little wear but still was very good to have. Walls are thin and there was so much banging outside my room (next room perhaps) that I actually thought someone broke in to my room.
