"When the reception desk was manned the staff were very helpful but we were extremely disappointed with the room, specifically the bathroom. While not dirty, it was in very bad condition and in dire need of refurbishment. There was not a separate shower so the shower head was in the bath and the bath was high and narrow and in very poor condition as was the bathroom floor."

"Stay here allot, basic hotel with friendly staff. Close to Main Street and my office in London. Breakfast is also quite good."

"Bar staff were not very helpful when checking in and left me waiting for the manager for 15 minutes and was ignoring me and non-responsive when I would ask what the delay is. Other than that the experience was fantastic, the room was lovely, the restaurant was lovely, can’t complain. Just the check in experience left a slight sour taste."

"Edwina was a welcoming host! Nothing was too much trouble! Made sure we always had what we need! Accommodating our American car! Fabulous fresh cooked breakfast! Room was lovely which was cleaned daily. The best shower pressure! Tea coffee, water and juice in the room. Great location, walking distance to Esher town centre and the Racetrack! Highly recommend Edwinas home!"

"Great location right in the middle of Epsom race course, breakfast was nice and continually topped up. Only improvement to be made would be to add a swimming pool."

"Property surprised us in a good way. Spacious, clean, good working wash machine, and air con worked very well for us. I would say it was quiet, but the alarm went off (early)twice while there that we knew of. Could have been more while we were out. Went off because of people cooking. They need some sort of signs in the kitchen area specifically, would cut down of the false alarms. People need to be told what not to do. Instructions for the washer would have been nice. Would stay here...

"Room was nice, I didn’t have a child with me but the lion king books & cuddly toy on the kids bunk beds were cute. Hotel was nice, breakfast was fine for being included, with coffee, although coffee art needs work. Although the room was nice, the room we stayed in 101, was slightly disappointed with the fact I had a walkin washroom and not a bath, and the fact that the staff all hang around by the fire exist about 10 steps from the room and have zero respect for the room. They were laughing,...

"We stayed in a double room, not the apartment which I thought of booked. But it was comfortable, clean and well equipped."
