"The club lounge provided very limited food nowadays comparing to our previous stay. However the club lounge staff was very helpful and good service. "

"Hotel is perfectly located near the M1 Line subway and a short walk to several top Paris tourist attractions. The room was well laid out and the bed was firm but very comfortable. Excellent shower and adequate shelf space but no US-style electric sockets ( a hair dryer was supplied). The staff was very welcoming and helpful, and breakfast was outstanding."

"The location could not have been more perfect. Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, the D’Orsay and many others. There is a grocer a couple of doors down and a fresh fruit stand across the street. Several restaurants are next door and across the street. The only down side is no mini fridge and I have medicine that needs to be kept cold. Also just keep in mind the elevator is a one person and one suitcase elevator, or two people if you have no luggage and are good friends! But it has an...

"I gave this hotel a 3 rating for 3 reasons: (1) did not try to check us in early despite the fact that the hotel was not busy and we had flown overnight (2) hotel was priced as 5 star but definitely was a 4 star at best. (3) no managerial presence in evidence during our 5 night stay Positives: great location in the Marais; cleaning staff were great and cleaned the room even when we slept in very late; spacious, comfortable room, with great shower and comfy bed; very quiet room Negatives: no...

"I sent my elderly parents for 7 nights at this hotel. My dad is just recovering from cancer so I wanted a nice comfortable hotel for them to relax. When they checking in they were told their room is in the “attic” on the 5th floor, and there are only elevators up to the 4th floor which is a real inconvenience for them so they asked to switch rooms. Hotel staff said they would look into it but they never got back to them. Very disappointing for the price I paid."

"You can walk to most of the main sights. WiFi for the TV was a bit slow at times."

"Very close to metro station. The breakfast is very nice and impressive. The room is clean and comfort. There is only 1 elevator and maximum capacity for 2 person with 2 luggage. The family room (suite) is on the 6th floor without elevator, you have to reach by elevator to 5th floor and then use the stairway to 6th floor. In conclusion it's worth the money and staying."

"The hotel is very good, rooms, clean big staff friendly. The gym is ok. The breakfast need to be improved but overall the hotel is very good."

"The location is very convenient for public transportation. The staffs are very friendly and very helpful."

"Best location, fabulous staff and wonderful accommodations!!"

"The staff at 7 Eiffel Malone were very helpful and welcoming. Our room was clean and room was serviced each day. Breakfast was a great way to start each day that we were there. We spent most of our days out exploring the Paris and it was the hotel was a comfortable home away from home."

"Location was very convenient."
