"Great property in excellent location amazing coffee shop in the lobby and wonderful staff service. Our only real complaint was the shower with no door and a sliding bathroom door showers are chilly and water gets everywhere. Otherwise we had a great day and will likely come again. "

"Location was convenient to Fenway for walking, or downtown via short car ride. Even though the windows were facing the hallway, rooms still felt pretty private. The breakfast was only good for tiding you over to lunch. What I will say was disappointing was I booked for 3 nights and I received one shampoo and conditioner. When I asked about hand soap and body wash, I was told by staff they had ran out. It was the same thing for the entirety of my stay. Definitely a gross oversight on part of their management. For what I paid, I find that ridiculous. Find an alternative source for your guests. Not everyone brings travel size items."

"In additional to being an excellent hotel if you want to treat yourself, the hotel is located nearby Newbury Street, Commonwealth Avenue, and the Boston Commons. You really do not need a car to get around as there are T stops closeby. Also the South Bay Amtrak stop is just a 11 minute walk away via a quiet, pleasant corridor. Highly recommend."
